Scallion pancake is humble staple for lunch or light dinner. It is fresh and rich in nutrition. It is easy to make and digestive.
- 1 Cup of all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup of water (room temperature)
- 1 half tsp salt
- Appropriate amount of chopped green onions
- Serve 2-4 people
Mix 1 cup of flour, 1 half tsp salt and 1 1/2 cup of water together, stir until it smooth.
Add chopped green onions into the liquid flour.
Heat up pan into hot and add 1 half tsp oil (temperature keep about 70-80% hot)
Move 1 cup of liquid flour into the hot pan and use spatula make it as a round shape, and heat until the color becomes as below picture
Flip to another side, heat it 1-2 minutes, it’s done!
Cut it into small pieces and serve with dipping.
Dipping is made from soy sauce, spice paste, little sugar, sesame oil, with sprinkling some chopped green onions.
