1 Bitter melon
Chinese red pepper (not essential)
Dry hot pepper
Cut it into slices
Put bitter melon into a boild water for 3-5 minutes
Sprinkle with shredded scallions and dry hot pepper and distribute the sauce evenly over the bitter melon.
Sauce: 1 tabs rice vinegar, 2 tabs oyster sauce, 1 tasb mesame oil mix together
Pour hot oil evenly over the dishes. Done!
